As the State Architect for Tennessee, Ann McGauran is the signatory on design, construction and consultant contracts for properties owned by the state of Tennessee (including our universities)… so she’s kind of a big deal!

The Office of the State Architect (OSA) reviews and provides guidance on all contracts, grants, leases, proposals and other legal documents under the authority of the commission and reviews all new structures built on state property for approval. 

Ann will be joining us in person from Nashville to share how the state is approaching construction into the future.
