Building Leaders of Chattanooga (BLOC)
Building Leaders of Chattanooga (BLOC)
BLOC is a platform to help younger professionals in construction build their networks, get a better understanding of the industry, learn strategies for business development and personal growth, and lay foundations for leadership. Those involved in BLOC have forged strong bonds, raised thousands of dollars for philanthropy, met community and business leaders, elevated their leadership responsibilities, and have had a lot of fun.
BLOC offers opportunities for collaboration, idea generation and to hear different perspectives. Programming includes tours, sit-downs with top community leaders, philanthropy, panel discussions, happy hours, and more.
Professional Development
Members of BLOC have the opportunity to attend quarterly sessions with business and community leaders to gain insight on leadership development and growth.
