Investing in Construction Leadership Through Education and Innovation

The construction industry continues to evolve, and AGC East Tennessee remains committed to providing members with the knowledge and resources needed to stay ahead.

This year, members gained access to one of the region’s most comprehensive professional development catalogs, covering topics including:

  • Project Management
  • Estimating
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Construction Leadership
  • Construction Law
  • Safety and Risk Management

AGC East Tennessee also hosted the AGC of America Supervisory Training Program, helping current and future field leaders develop the leadership skills necessary to build productive, high-performing teams.

Beyond technical education, AGC continued investing in leadership development through programs like Women of Steel, the reimagined Emerging Leaders Program, and the launch of STRUCTURE Magazine, a new publication dedicated to health, wellness, safety, and the stories of the people who build our communities.

As construction technology and workforce needs continue to change, AGC East Tennessee remains focused on equipping members with the tools, training, and leadership skills needed to succeed.
